    So I am a little confused on the first part of the bibliography for "Why Don't We Complain" because of the extra punctuation. Should it be like this:
    Buckley, William F., Jr. “Why Don’t We Complain?.”

    or like this:
    Buckley, William F, Jr. “Why Don’t We Complain?”

    or like this:
    Buckley, William F. Jr. “Why Don’t We Complain.”

    It's a mix of your first and second options:

    Thank you!!! I ended up looking it up on easybib.com, but wanted to be sure because the bibliography makers are not always right
