    In the TEP paragraphs, when stating the source (Obama), should I call him President Barack Obama? President Obama? Barack Obama? Or just Obama? Or does it really matter?

    When you first introduce him, you should use his full name and title. After that, you can use either President Obama or simply Obama; the former is the more formal of the two options.
