    For the synthesis paragraph, how would you label The Communist Manifesto? A book or an essay?

    When we are done with the synthesis paragraph, should we add the citations for our quotations or should we just turn those in with our complete synthesis essay?

    The Communist Manifesto is a book; in the body of your paragraph/essay, it will be italicized, even though it will appear in quotation marks in your Works Cited.

    You do not need to submit a Works Cited with your synthesis paragraph tomorrow.
